Who we are
Reignite is made by FieryZephyr Games, which decides how your data is used (the data controller). Questions about this policy or your data: fieryzephyr.games@gmail.com.
What stays on your phone
Your progress, coins, stars, medals, settings and purchases are saved on your device so the game remembers where you are. We do not receive this. Settings › Reset progress, or uninstalling the game, deletes it.
Google sign-in (optional)
You can play without signing in. If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account ID, display name and email address, and we store a copy of your progress (stars, coins, items and settings) on cloud servers that Google runs for us. We use this only to back up your progress and restore it on another phone. We never see your password.
Ads
Reignite is free and shows ads through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, AdMob may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address, approximate location from the IP address, device and app information, and how you interact with ads. Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), a Google consent form asks for your choice before ads are personalised. You can change your choice any time in Settings › Privacy, and reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings. How Google uses this data: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
Purchases
The one-time Remove ads purchase is handled by Google Play. We receive a confirmation that you bought it, never your payment details. Google Play keeps the purchase record so you can restore it on a new phone.
Why we use your data
To run the game and the cloud backup you ask for (performance of a contract). To show personalised ads, only with your consent, which you can withdraw any time. To show non-personalised ads, measure them and prevent ad fraud, because ads keep the game free (legitimate interests).
How long we keep it
Data on your phone: until you reset progress or uninstall. Account data and cloud save: until you delete your account, then erased within 30 days. Emails you send us: until your request is handled, and no longer than 12 months. Google keeps ad data under its own retention rules.
Deleting your account
In the game: Settings › Account › Delete account. Without the game: follow the steps at fieryzephyr.games/reignite/delete-account, or email fieryzephyr.games@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Reignite account", from the email address of the Google account you signed in with. We delete your account ID, name, email address and cloud save within 30 days and confirm by email. Progress on your phone is not affected; clear it with Settings › Reset progress. Google Play keeps its own record of any purchase, as tax and refund rules require.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct, delete or export the data we hold about you, or to stop or limit how we use it. Email us and we will reply within one month. You can withdraw consent to personalised ads any time in Settings › Privacy. If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
US state privacy rights
Showing personalised ads can count as "sharing" personal information or "targeted advertising" under the laws of California and other US states. To opt out, turn off Settings › Privacy › Personalised ads. We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not knowingly sell or share the data of anyone under 16. You can use the rights above by email, and we will not treat you differently for using them.
What we do not do
We do not collect your contacts, photos, precise location or messages. Reignite has no chat and no way to contact other players.
Children
Reignite is made for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has given us data, email us and we will delete it.
Where your data goes
Google processes ad, sign-in and cloud-save data on servers in the United States and other countries. When data leaves the EEA or the UK, Google uses safeguards approved there, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Keeping it safe
Data sent between the game and Google is encrypted in transit. Only we can access your account data and cloud save.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date and show the new version in the game.
