In the game
- Open Reignite and go to Settings.
- Under Account, tap Delete account, then tap again to confirm.
Without the game
Email us from the address of the Google account you signed in with, with the subject “Delete my Reignite account”.

Your account ID, display name, email address and cloud save. We erase them within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is kept
Progress saved on your phone stays until you clear it with Settings › Reset progress or uninstall the game. Google Play keeps its own record of any purchase, as tax and refund rules require.
